Credit Capability for Real Estate Tranactions
An SCB financial instrument is a great tool for a real estate buyer looking to enhance his/her financial capability in order to successfully complete the transaction.
For instance, recently one of SCB’s client was interested in acquiring a piece of real estate to be used as a small shopping complex. Upon agreement of the sale price with the seller, the buyer was seeking between sixty and ninety days for closing. In order to secure exclusive rights to purchase until closing, the buyer needed to demonstrate a certain level of financial ability. After reviewing the economics of the transaction, SCB was able to provide the buyer with a temporary credit line while the buyer arranged permanent financing from a traditional lender. The seller then allowed the buyer the ninety days needed to arrange the closing.
